Eaton invests $6M on expansion in Milton, Ontario
Eaton announces a $6 million dollar expansion to its Milton Ontario manufacturing location that includes a new state of the
art paint facility and new steel processing equipment. The addition of this new equipment and paint line will allow us to
significantly reduce our material feeder cycle times which will translate into improved delivery lead-times to our customers.
Through other lean initiatives the Milton facility has freed up 32,000 square feet of floor space and allowed this expansion
to occur without the need increase the size of the facility.
The Milton facility is the main manufacturing location for Switchboards, Panelboards Transfer Switches and Custom Panels
serving the Canadian market and feeding it's Satellite operations across the country.
