Training

Eaton Training consists of several different departments and sales offices that together are focused on making our customers training experience with us the best. All of our trainers bring many years of experience and knowledge of Eaton products to provide continuous improvement in their ability to deliver training. The product training programs are broad in scope, including product feature/function/benefit, customer application, sales technique and business systems and practices. The programs are grouped into three different Levels. Level I is for basic study to establish a general understanding of the products manufactured by Eaton and the E-commerce tools designed to improve the overall speed and accuracy of business-to-business transactions. Level II is for intermediate study with an emphasis on pricing and hands-on training. Level III is for advanced study and training. It is anticipated that the distributor personnel will participate in all three levels per the Training Matrix Structure.

Level II and Level III training programs are taught by Eaton personnel at distributorships and Eaton facilities. Level III advanced courses are open to distributor personnel who have completed prerequisite courses or have equivalent knowledge.
