Safety Switches & Disconnects

Heavy duty receptacle safety switches are pre-wired and mechanically interlocked to polarized receptacles for 3 wire 4 pole (grounded through 4th pole in the receptacle) type power plugs. Receptacle safety switches are used for portable power for applications such as welders, infrared ovens, batch feeders, conveyors, truck and marine docks.

• 600VAC max, 30 - 100Ampere
• Fusible and Non Fused
• Rugged metallic enclosures - Type 12/3R, 4X stainless
• Receptacle rating same as enclosure rating
• Available with or without viewing window
• Accepts Crouse Hinds or Appleton power plugs
• Special 22.5 degree Crouse Hinds receptacle available
• Mechanically interlocked for safety. Power plugs may not be inserted or removed when the switch is on.
• 100% load break / make rated
• CSA certified
