Pow-R-Line C - Swichboards
400 - 4000 Amperes, 600Vac Maximum



New for 2004 is the fully redesigned Pow-R-Line C Distribution Switchboard. Starting at 24" deep the Pow-R-Line C is a free standing, group mounted switchboard assembly for use up to 4000A and 600VAc maximum.

This multi-function switchboard combines all the features of the 18" Deep design plus brings you many more. New to our 24" deep designs is the 4000A fixed mounted, 100% rated Magnum DS service entrance rated main breaker.

The Pow-R-Line C switchboard is ideally suited to commercial and industrial applications and is fully listed to CSA C22.2 Spec. 31 requirements.

Main Features

• Standard enclosures are EEMAC 1; sprinklerproof is optional
• Structures and formed doors are made of code guage steel with ASA61 Grey finish.
• Standard open bottom with optional entry plates available.
• Single cell shipping splits are standard for ease of handling.
• Single bolt bus joints for ease of alignment and installation at shipping splits.
• Interrupting ratings to 100kA @ 600V // 200kA @ 240V.
• 50kA bus bracing is standard with optional 65kA-100kA avaiable.
• Tin plated aluminum or silver flashed copper bus is available.
• Accepts Series C Main Breakers up to 2500A and Power breakers up to 4000A.
• Accepts Series C branch breakers up to 2500A.
• Accepts Eaton Main and branch fusible switches up to 1200A.
• Meets all provincial and municipal utility metering requirments.
• Incoming may be bus or cable, with or without wireways, top/bottom/side or rear access.
• Accepts a large variety of customer metering.

• Magnum DS Power Circuit Breakers, 800A to 4000A at 600Vac.
• All Series C fixed mounted breakers up to 2500 amperes, 600Vac maximum.
• All Eaton Type FDP main fusible switches up to 1200A, 600Vac maximum.
• Bolted Pressure Switches up to 3000A.

Distribution Devices

• All series C branch breakers up to 1200 amperes, 600Vac maximum
• All Eaton type FDP fusible switches up to 1200 amperes, 600Vac maximum.
• FSMC Switched meter sockets (48"W cell)
• 1 to 2 high feeder structures accepting fixed mounted Series C breakers up to 2500A

Other arrangements are available but may require increasing the depth of the structure.
