Electrical Distribution

The Pow-R-Line 1R and 2R Retrofit Panelboards have been designed specifically for use in the renovation of existing electrical systems. This innovative solution employs a chassis design that allows the use of existing back boxes, conduit and cables. An exclusive depth adjusting mechanism and an integrated trim assembly provide fast mounting of the new interior into any existing enclosure.

The Pow-R-Line 1R panelboard is rated 240 Volts maximum for single phase or three phase applications up to 400 amperes.

The Pow-R-Line 2R is rated 600Y/347V maximum for 3 phase wye grounded applications up to 400 amperes.

Both chassis designs are available with main lugs only (up to 400A) or main circuit breaker (up to 225A) and can accommodate between 18 and 42 branch circuits.

Chassis Features

• Designed to accommodate minimal box widths of 14"
• Innovative telescoping adjustment mechanism allows for installation into 4-1/2” to 6” deep enclosures (4-3/4” deep for Pow-R-Line 2R).
• Neutral and grounds are interchangeable and can be repositioned on the back pan to accommodate existing cable locations.
• Trim and door is attached directly to chassis dead-front assembly using concealed hardware
• Special trims are available to fit any size enclosure.
