The PRL5P Panelboard incorporates proven plug-on power panelboard experience with modern manufacturing technology to provide the most flexible plug-on design in the industry.

Two Enclosure Widths Provide Greater Flexibility

30-Inch Wide.
The narrowest enclosure in the industry for an 800 ampere main, breaker or lugs, and up to 600 ampere branch breakers...while providing ample wiring bending space. An industry exclusive is the ability to mount two 225 ampere, 600V AC breakers on the same adapter unit.

48-Inch Wide.
Provides for mains up to 1200 amperes. The 1200 ampere lug adapter unit accepts up to 750 kcmil conductors. Two 600 ampere breakers can be mounted across from one another. Another exclusive allows breakers of different sizes to be mounted across from one another, providing the ability to maximize space within the panel. There are no restrictions or predetermined spaces where branch devices must be placed.



Circuit Breaker and Lug Adapter Units
Breaker adapter units utilize Series C ® Moulded Case Circuit Breakers that are available from 15 through 1200 amperes at 600V AC maximum.

Main and through-feed lug adapter units are available and mounted similar to the breakers. Lug units are available up to 1200 amperes.


600 ampere Pow-R-Line 5P Series C L-Frame Breaker.


400 ampere Pow-R-Line 5P Series C K-Frame Breaker.


225 ampere, dual mounted Pow-R-Line 5P Series C F-Frame Breakers.


1200 ampere Pow-R-Line 5P main lug unit.


An oversized area is provided for neutral connections with ample lugs for ease of installation.
